Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Review Reacher platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Review Reacher helps local businesses request Google reviews from their customers, capture private feedback from unhappy customers, and draft responses to public reviews using AI. You use the Service to send communications to your own customers using contact information you provide.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.

3. Your customer data

You retain ownership of the customer information you upload. You grant Review Reacher a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to receive review-request communications from you via the Service, and that your use complies with applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, and the TCPA where relevant).

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications, offer or exchange incentives for positive reviews, impersonate customers, publish fake reviews, harass recipients, or violate any platform's terms (including Google's review policies). We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the current period.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party large language models to draft messages and review responses. Drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is sent or published. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, appropriate, or free from bias.

7. Third parties

The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g. Stripe for payments, email delivery providers, Google review platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination we will delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business outcome (including any specific number or rating of reviews).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Reacher's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or lost-profits damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
