Copy-paste review request messages for email and SMS — grouped by industry — with the psychology of why each one converts.

The message you send is the entire funnel. Get the words wrong and no amount of clever software will save you. Here are 17 tested review request messages for the most common local business categories.

The rules every message follows

  • Use the customer's first name. Every time.
  • Sign it from a person, not a business. "Sara from Ridge Dental" beats "The Ridge Dental Team".
  • Ask for the review directly. No preamble. No "we hope you had a great experience."
  • One link, one tap. Point straight at the Google review form.
  • Keep it under 320 characters for SMS. Under 60 words for email.

What makes them work

Notice what is missing: no "We value your business", no long paragraph about your mission, no five-star pre-selection. Every message assumes the customer is busy, respects that, and asks for one small thing.

Turn this into a system that runs itself.

Review Reacher sends the three messages for you, drafts every reply, and shows you what's working — so you get more 5★ Google reviews without lifting a finger.
